3. Product Orders

All orders placed through Blends are custom made according to the specifications you provide. You may cancel or modify your order provided it has not yet entered the printing process. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@blends.com. Once an order has entered the printing process, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We encourage you to review your custom specifications before submitting your order.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blends or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to create or upload content such as custom designs. You retain all rights to your content but grant Blends a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in relation to our services.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

In no case shall Blends, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
